Health Centers (Clinics)

SCHD's various Health Centers (clinics) provide medical, dental, and other health care services for county residents under age 55.  Each Health Center is geared toward a specific group of people.  Health Centers include:

  • Adult Health (for men and women aged 18-54)
  • Women's Health (for women, pregnant women, and mothers)
  • Children's Health (health care and immunizations for children under 18)
  • Teen Health
  • Dental Care
  • Family Planning

Seniors (those 55 and over) should contact the Senior Friendship Center for health care services.
