Part 1: Registration

Register in Florida’s statewide volunteer database.

Complete this form for Florida’s Department of Health

Part 2: Online Training

2C. MRC Core Competencies course [NOVA SOUTHEASTERN UNIV.]

Part 3: Final Steps
3A. SCHD Orientation – Contact us to schedule an appointment.
3B. Fingerprinting & Background Check
Contact SCHD Human Resources at (941) 861-2822 to schedule an appointment. This may also be combined with your SCHD Orientation (see 3A) if time permits.
